Steve Sutherland also supports this system as he has realized that the mess in the current system has led to a lack of accurate financial data especially from the regional directors and area managers. To him, the project should be about the management of financial data. In order to maintain security, he believes that MIS should be separated from the finance system.
This is also supported by Julianne the Information quality Officer who believes that the system will help keep accurate KPI data. She believes the system will help in measuring the level of success of the projects through the storing of information of the young people they are working with. Detailed information of the young person should help in determining the performance of the various projects.
However, she believes the system should not be complicated by having too much personal detail of the young people. She envisions that the system should be built incorporation of the existing parts instead of creating it from scratch.
